This text explains the preparation, dispatch and delivery terms of orders placed through Temel Servis.

1. Shipping fee

• The shipping fee is ₺0.
• The current shipping amount is also shown separately on the cart screen before you confirm your order.

2. Preparation and dispatch time

• In-stock items are shipped within 1–2 business days for orders whose payment is confirmed.
• For supplied (out-of-stock) parts, the time is stated separately at order confirmation.
• No shipments are dispatched on weekends and public holidays.

3. Delivery time

Dispatched orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on the carrier's delivery network. The legal maximum delivery period is 30 days from order confirmation.

4. What to check on delivery

• Please check for damage before accepting the package.
• Do not accept dented, torn or wet packages without filing a report; damage claims without a report are not covered by the carrier.
• Delivery is made to the address given at order and against presentation of ID.

5. Payment methods

Accepted payment methods are listed on the order screen.

6. Shipment tracking

When your order is dispatched, a tracking number is sent to you. You can also check your order status from the Order Tracking screen on the site.

7. Undeliverable shipments

For shipments that cannot be delivered due to absence at the address or a missing/incorrect address and are returned to us, the re-shipment cost is borne by the recipient.

Temel Servis

This text explains the return, exchange and right-of-withdrawal terms applicable to spare-part sales made through Temel Servis. The provisions of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation are reserved.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The withdrawal notice must be sent in writing to one of the contact channels above within this period.

2. Return conditions

• The product must be unused, not fitted and in its original packaging.
• The invoice and any gift/promotional items must be included in the return package.
• Even if the packaging is opened, the product must be in resalable condition.
• Parts that have been fitted, installed, removed or worked on cannot be returned.

3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products:

• Parts specially supplied or ordered in line with the consumer's request or personal needs.
• Products that, by their nature, are not suitable for return and cannot be sent back once the packaging is opened for health or hygiene reasons.
• Parts whose separation after being fitted to the vehicle would damage the product.
• Electronic parts whose packaging/protective seal has been opened and that have been tested.

4. Return process

1. Send us your return request by phone or e-mail, stating your order number.
2. For returns approved by us, the shipping details are notified to you.
3. Once the product reaches us, the refund is made within 14 days at the latest.
4. The refund is made using the payment method used at purchase and free of charge.

5. Defective products and warranty

If the product turns out to be defective (faulty, incomplete or different from what was described), the return shipping cost is borne by us. In this case the consumer may choose one of the following: free repair, replacement of the product with a non-defective equivalent, a price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract. The warranty period of the products is stated on the product page; warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's terms.

6. Return shipping cost

For returns under the right of withdrawal the shipping cost is borne by the consumer, and for defective-product returns it is borne by us.

7. Dispute resolution

In case of a dispute, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction. The monetary limits are updated each year by the Ministry of Trade.
